She's Tally's new best friend. After Tally escaped a disastrous party in New Pretty Town, she met Shay and instantly became best friends. They connected through each other's pain, and their friendship was simply meant to be.
Tally Youngblood
Tally is about to turn 16- the age a plastic surgery turns you pretty. Her best friend Peris has already had the surgery. One night, she visits Peris and bumps into a stranger, a girl named Shay. After they become friends, they spend a lot of time together. Her adventures with Shay lead to many catastrophes and her life is changed.
David (last name unknown)
Tally meets David at a place called the Smoke. Not only was she astounded by the Smoke, but she was also infatuated with David. After talking with Tally and getting to know her, they become something more than friends.
Dr. Cable
Dr. Cable is a "special." She's a part of the Special Circumstances team. When Tally gets into a Special Circumstance, Dr. Cable is largely involved.
